NSW Legislation on Occupational Health Safety (OHS)
Occupational health and safety (OHS) refers to the legislation (NSW Occupational Health Safety Regulation 2001), policies, procedures and activities that aim to protect the health, safety and welfare of all people at the workplace.
Every worker has a right to healthy and safe work and to a work environment that enables them to live a socially and economically productive life
