Hazard & Incident Reporting
The OH&S Committee encourages reporting of potential hazards and incidents in order for appropriate preventive or rectification actions to be taken. Staff and students who have any OH&S concerns should approach the OH&S representative of their respective school, unit or centre who will advise whether a report needs to be filed for further investigaion and/or action. In some cases, Facilities is able to assist with most maintenance jobs.
